Anglicotech Supports Fisher House Golf Tournament

Anglicotech was proud to be an Eagle Sponsor of the 2013 Fisher House Golf Tournament. The 2013 tournament, played on May 6th, supported the Fisher House Foundation and the construction of a new Fisher House to be located at the Womack Army Medical Center at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. This year’s tournament raised over $900,000. Randy Delarm, our VP Sales/COO, serves on the Executive Steering Committee of this great organization. Randy, thank you very much for your leadership in this important organization.

As many of you know, Fisher House Foundation is best known for the network of 58 comfort homes on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers. The houses are 5,000 to 16,800 square foot homes, with up to 21 suites, donated to the military and Department of Veterans Affairs. The Foundation provides support to families of patients receiving care at the nearby medical center by ensuring that no one pays for their stay at a Fisher House. Over 19,000 families will stay at a Fisher House this year, many of them the loved ones of wounded service members who served in Operation New Dawn (Afghanistan). In addition to constructing new houses, Fisher House Foundation continues to support existing Fisher Houses and help individual military families in need.
