Supply Chain and Logistics Operations
Robust Supply Chain Solutions for Global and Expeditionary Environments
Continuous Monitoring: Agile Reconfiguration of Supply Chain
Supply Chains continuously evolve. Market forces can change business relationships, ownerships, and investor relationships, and may force some companies to go out of business. Events such as natural disasters, accidents, and cyber attacks can also cause significant supply chain disruptions. Continuous monitoring of the supply chain allows supply chain managers to quickly adapt to change and reconfigure their supply chains at speed. Our team enables agile reconfiguration using our Supply Chain monitoring platform and Digital Twin planning tools.
Cost Savings
Applying advanced technology to Supply Chain processes can yield significant cost savings. Automating manual processes reduces the head-count needed for a given task. Automation of financial monitoring processes can pinpoint errors and fraud. AI-enabled demand forecasting can streamline the acquisition, distribution and warehousing processes, and reduce waste.

Case Study: Retail Supply Chain Platform-as-a-Service Module
The Global Combat Support System – Marine Corp (GCSS-MC) is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system used by the entire Marine Corps to plan and manage acquisition. By its nature, GCSS-MC is a large and complex system, which doesn’t lend itself easily to agile expansion of functionality.
Anglicotech developed a capability for rapid-development addition of modules to the system, using the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) paradigm. The resulting Software Development Kit (SDK) is a domain-agnostic tool that can be used to develop modules for Requisition Management, Warehouse Management, Transport Management, Unique Item Management and Asset Lifecycle and more. As a proof-of-concept, our team developed a Class VIII Medical Logistics module, integrating Medical Material management into GCSS-MC as a part of inventory management, including Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS), requisitioning and distribution.

Maintenance of Legacy Equipment
How do you acquire twenty different bolts needed to maintain a piece of equipment that is no longer being manufactured? Additive Manufacturing (also known as 3d-Printing) may be the answer. Our team has been part of the Additive Manufacturing Maintenance Operations (AMMO) working group with the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS) for over five years. We have expertise in different types of Additive Manufacturing and how it may be integrated effectively into your supply chain.
Compliance with DOD Strategic and Fiscal Policy
As a Defense organization, you need to ensure that your Supply Chain Management is not only efficient and effective, but is also aligned to DOD policy. Our expert team keeps current with the latest DOD guidance, implements it in operational processes and ensures that your records are audit-ready.
